St. Xavier’s School, Arrah is a Catholic Minority School established and owned by the Shahabad Parish Society belonging to the Catholic Diocese of Buxar, which is a body registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, having its head officeat Buxar.
It is managed by the Jesuit Fathersof Patna Province of the Society of Jesus, areligious order within the auspices of the Catholic church founded in 1540 by St.Ignatius of Loyola, known better by the informal name, the JESUITS. The Society of Jesus has been associated with education throughout the world and notable in India.
Since the earliest history Jesuit Education has been inspired by a vision of human person drawn from the life and teachings of Jesus Christ who has always been respected and admired by the people of India. Founded in 2020,
2020: Establishing St. Xavier’s School – ICSE Board - in the North Side Campus, in collaboration with the Buxar Diocese, for which a Priest is appointed to assist from the beginning stages.
